Program Performance Specialist – Call Center/Part-Time Night Hours at Working Solutions in United States Part Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business and project requirements.
• Assist with tactics and action plans for performance.
• Analyze trends and identify deviations in customer patterns.
• Investigate root causes and recommend solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and enhance internal tools.
• Review complaints and process improvements with Quality Manager.
• Participate in weekly and bi-weekly performance meetings.
• Present customer feedback efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Compare metrics and QA scores for trends and opportunities.
• Ensure clients receive superior metric results.
• Provide real-time monitoring and adjust resource efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with organizational levels.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly metric updates.
• Report results to Working Solutions and as requested.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Experience interpreting and analyzing data and trends.
• Experience presenting trends using verbal and graphical methods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent computer skills and email experience.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Strong process management and problem-solving abilities.
• High math and analytical aptitude with Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to meet client and company goals.
• Ability to sit at a computer and use a keyboard for extended periods.
• Up to 10% travel availability and flexible work hours.
