Senior Technical Support Analyst – Remote in Certain States at Working Solutions in United States Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Research and train on WSOL and client technologies.
• Interact with agents via chat, phone & ticketing system.
• Provide escalated tech support for unresolved issues.
• Offer direct remote support for tech issues.
• Provide timely responses to end-users via all channels.
• Ensure agents use secure and updated desktop environments.
• Assist other support team members during peak times.
• Perform credential management tasks across systems.
• Document technical issues, fixes, and mitigation steps.
• Update status of issues via ticketing, email, and chat.
• Communicate with client peers for escalations and resolution.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of end-user technical support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Advanced troubleshooting for home internet and software.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Strong empathy and communication of technical info.
• Strong problem-solving and customer focus.
• Ability to work sitting at a computer for long periods.
• Availability for variable hours, including evenings.
