Responsibilities:

• Own talent sourcing processes with limited supervision.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key markets.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for various roles.
• Use recruitment tools to find and secure qualified talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules for potential candidates.
• Create and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
• Provide market insights and reports to improve hiring process.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job portals.
• Screen resumes to assess candidate fit.

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Candidate Sourcer/Researcher in marketing.
• Strong network of marketing and creative talents in APAC.
• Global sourcing experience is highly desirable.
• Experience ensuring a positive talent experience.
• Ownership and pride in performance and impact.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and ideally another Asian language.
