Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients.
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social).
- Qualify leads and assess product suitability.
- Understand customer needs and communicate solutions.
- Collaborate with sales team to move leads.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Provide updates to management on lead progress.
- Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
- Attend events and build client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience in business development or sales.
- Understanding of FinTech and payment technologies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Goal-oriented with sales target experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
