Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely preparation of voucher billing.
- Prepare financial schedules for management review.
- Prepare journal entries to update receivables.
- Audit account records and reconcile billing.
- Contact clients to collect outstanding receivables.
- Respond to inquiries about billing discrepancies.
- Follow collection procedures for outstanding payments.
- Interact with collection agencies on delinquent accounts.
- Visit clients to explain billing arrangements.
- Prepare payment allocations for Cashier’s Area.
Requirements:
- 3 years of clerical business experience.
- 1 year of experience in accounting or AR/GL.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in CRT, spreadsheet, and word processing.
- Ability to pass tests for job qualifications.
