Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations.
• Manage internal and external finance teams.
• Direct grant and revenue management processes.
• Lead annual audits and IRS 990 filings.
• Guide budget planning and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Supervise finance team members and staff.
• Develop financial systems and processes.
• Manage fiscal sponsorship program.
• Ensure state charitable registrations are current.

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with nonprofit financial compliance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
