Responsibilities:

• Cultivate an active educator community.
• Engage daily with followers and foster conversations.
• Manage social campaigns across all platforms.
• Create tailored content and track engagement.
• Work with marketing on editorial calendar and content.
• Curate user-generated content showcasing impact.
• Track metrics to optimize social media strategies.
• Measure impact of MagicSchool AI Pioneer program.
• Partner with product and customer success teams.
• Assist in developing referral programs.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in social media and community management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media campaign execution.
• Background in education or educator communities preferred.
• Familiarity with ambassador program management preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
