Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for Specialty Transportation.
- Develop and improve operational processes and policies.
- Ensure compliance and maintain program-specific documentation.
- Onboard new CarePartner drivers and track their progress.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in operational program/project management.
- Experience in transportation, mobility, or logistics sectors.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Ability to understand and communicate regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with diverse teams.
