Capital Equipment Sales Representative – North America at Lindemann Metal Recycling in United States Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market potential for capital equipment sales.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Understand customer needs and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a good company image with customers.
• Develop new markets and expand into new applications.
• Provide timely feedback and manage proposal reports.
• Act as customer contact for capital project information.
• Use ISP for business discussions and development.
• Provide quarterly forecasts as directed by management.
• Utilize SalesForce and provide accurate reports.
• Submit travel itineraries and competitor reports.
• Work effectively within teams and with other departments.
• Adhere to HSE standards at all times.
• Perform special projects and other duties as required.
• Overnight travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant field sales experience.
• Experience with metal recycling equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of shears, balers, briquetters, and their applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
