Responsibilities:

• Strengthen client relationships and program knowledge.
• Identify service requirements through client rapport.
• Serve as subject matter expert for client training.
• Demonstrate cost reduction and operational benefits.
• Provide operational, product, and technical updates.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and SLAs with operations.
• Maintain monthly operational reports for clients.
• Provide billing info to ensure timely client payments.
• Gather and present client business requirements.
• Coordinate ad-hoc requests with operational teams.
• Facilitate client implementation and internal coordination.
• Identify upsell and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years in healthcare and business process analysis.
• Public/private sector healthcare experience.
• Proven project management experience with clients.
• Knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• High organizational and tracking abilities.
