Responsibilities:
- Abstract and review client leasing details.
- Ensure accuracy in client leasing management.
- Coordinate abstractions from teams and vendors.
- Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships.
- Review invoices, rent variance, and rent payments.
- Manage subtenant account billing and collections.
- Track critical dates and conduct financial analysis.
- Streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
- Lead special projects and ensure date integrity.
- Provide audit/year-end reconciliation support.
- Reconcile invoices and identify potential savings.
- Review lease terms and provide feedback.
- Generate and distribute client reports.
- Assist in new client set-ups and training.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Visual Lease, Pro Lease, or Co-Star.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with Airport Leases.
