Responsibilities:

• Abstract and review client leasing details.
• Ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
• Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships.
• Review CAM, escalations, and tax invoices.
• Review data entry and management of lease documents.
• Analyze rent variance and process rent payments.
• Manage subtenant accounts and billing collections.
• Monitor and track critical dates for clients.
• Streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
• Ensure date integrity and set-up portfolio reminders.
• Conduct audit and year-end reconciliation functions.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review lease terms and related information.
• Generate and distribute client reports.
• Assist in new client set-ups and team training.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Visual Lease, Pro Lease, or Co-Star.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of client services and lease administration.
