Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track acquisition/persistency KPIs.
- Identify risks and opportunities for business objectives.
- Support acquisition strategy execution and initiatives.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and retrospective analysis.
- Analyze data from multiple sources for market insights.
- Ensure timely updates during Daily Trade stand-ups.
- Provide recommendations based on analysis and insights.
- Support commercial initiatives for performance improvements.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working with large datasets (1 million+ rows).
- Insurance industry background and analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing work streams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail.
