Responsibilities:
- Oversee CEO’s Executive Assistant and related resources.
- Lead large, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Scope, plan, and execute quick-turnaround projects.
- Oversee Momentus Capital’s national policy agenda.
- Act as liaison between CEO and key stakeholders.
- Build and run cadence for leadership meetings.
- Prepare CEO for internal and external meetings.
- Lead preparation for meetings with external parties.
- Oversee growth and performance of the Executive Assistant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 15+ years of operational experience or 9 years without degree.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services highly desired.
- Ability to lead and manage change within organizations.
- Strong analytical, operational, and execution skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead others to common objectives.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Salary range of $124,147 – $165,736.
- Eligible for annual incentive.
