Senior Program Analyst at CATHEXIS in United States Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex, integrated projects.
• Manage project team members’ responsibilities and growth.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to gain client buy-in.
• Proofread and edit team deliverables and client requests.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and visual depictions.
• Support initiation, execution, and closure of projects.
• Develop standard operating procedures for program standardization.
• Provide administrative and programmatic support to the team.
• Build systems and processes for client work coordination.
• Serve as a liaison and translate information for stakeholders.
• Host and participate in client and team meetings.
• Conduct and oversee research for current or proposed projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).
• Experience in a research and data-driven environment.
• Advanced Project Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of AP style guide for editing.
• Ability to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust Clearance.
• Availability to work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
