Responsibilities:
- Build trust with internal and external counterparts.
- Provide technical guidance for expansion and promotions.
- Ensure technical health of merchant integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
- Monitor metrics for integration health and issues.
- Manage and support incident and escalation processes.
- Maintain understanding of Affirm’s product integrations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or TAM roles.
- Ability to read code in a major programming language.
- Familiarity with UX, backend services, APIs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience influencing internal/external stakeholders.
- Passion for improving consumer banking.
