Responsibilities:
- Provide high-value customer service to Visa Clients.
- Be a subject matter expert on Visa Business Solutions.
- Lead cross-functional customer service initiatives.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet Visa/client goals.
- Stay current with industry and client trends.
- Represent client change requests and system requirements.
- Manage strategic planning and operational initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify operational opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Report customer project accomplishments to senior management.
- Educate clients on best practices for supported services.
- Perform ongoing proactive operational reviews.
- Support the team with operational trends and improvements.
- Bridge the knowledge gap between business and tech teams.
- Provide leadership and escalate issues to management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8+ years of technical experience in customer support, or software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluency in English required.
- Client-facing experience.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment service providers.
- Understanding of mobile payments and related technologies.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with web technologies: PHP, ASP, .NET, JavaScript.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of web security.
- Familiarity with Splunk or similar tools.
- Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.
