Responsibilities:
- Support Turnitin product via email, phone, chat.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management.
- Develop customer and cultural relations.
- Translate, maintain, and update technical documentation.
- Assist with strategic initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant customer support experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux OS.
