Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to Tier 2 and Tier 1 teams.
- Manage the JIRA ticketing system and workflows.
- Remove roadblocks and optimize business processes.
- Draft and implement procedures to enhance compliance.
- Ensure policies are clear and consistently applied.
- Conduct audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across teams.
- Provide training on compliance matters and best practices.
- Mitigate risk and develop compliance strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports.
- Manage up to 4 Tier 1 & Tier 2 Specialists.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in HR and employment law.
- 5+ years experience in HR compliance and internal audit.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to distill abstract concepts into clear terms.
- Understanding of HR systems from a compliance perspective.
