Responsibilities:
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Mentor and support junior Product Managers.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback.
- Partner with customer success and sales teams.
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Document product specifications and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (MBA is a plus).
- 7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in telehealth preferred.
- Strong technical background and software understanding.
- Proven mentoring and team leadership experience.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
