- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
- Project management skills for recruitment tasks.
- Experience in HR consultancy and workforce planning.
- Familiar with outsourced recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills to assess metrics.
- Fluent in English (advanced level).
