Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and oversee project development.
- Allocate and manage resources to meet project demands.
- Act as main communication channel with stakeholders.
- Collaborate on resource planning and team building.

- Manage and inspire engineering and bot teams.

Requirements:
- BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Experience with agile project management methods.
- Adept in project management and capacity tools.
- 2+ years of software engineering management.
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and design.
- Knowledge of Python or Go programming languages.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
