Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Digital Solution projects.
- Develop proposals and technical approaches.
- Define and implement project plans and schedules.
- Provide expertise in EHS, ESG, and Quality.
- Ensure quality control on project deliverables.
- Manage invoicing, proposals, and client growth.
- Cross-sell ALL4’s other offerings.
- Identify innovative Digital Solutions for clients.
- Develop new client relationships.
- Manage annual client revenue of $250K–$1.5M.
Requirements:
- Engineering or applicable science degree.
- 10+ years in Digital Solutions project experience.
- Knowledge of Digital Solution partners like Enablon.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Proven independent and collaborative working ability.
- Demonstrated ability in managing large projects.
