Responsibilities:
- Act as security systems expert for deployments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines.
- Pre-configure hardware for field installations.
- Provide remote support for field technicians.
- Manage workloads per project objectives.
- Coordinate with monitoring providers for alarms.
- Perform technical system checks regularly.
- Assist in quote preparation and site surveys.
- Provide daily deployment status updates.
- Oversee in-house hardware and software demos.
- Update and maintain installation guides.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in electronics or related field.
- 3+ years of technical field experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience in the security industry.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
