Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with key accounts.
- Guide customers to adopt Red Hat’s solutions.
- Promote sales growth within named accounts.
- Own technical relationships and sales cycles.
- Provide timely presales technical support.
- Research and respond to RFI, RFP, RFQ technical sections.
- Interpret market and tech trends for roadmaps.
- Communicate sales opportunities to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Pre Sales or IT roles.
- 3+ years with Cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes.
- Strong skills in questioning, listening, writing.
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud adoption challenges.
- Relationships with engineering, commercial, execs.
- Exposure to application modernization.
- Knowledge of public cloud (AWS, GCE, Azure).
- Familiar with agile, DevOps, automation tools.
