Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the health of ServiceNow environments.
- Track active cases and client tickets for incidents and requests.
- Resolve client incidents, requests, and complex issues.
- Perform platform administration to meet client requirements.
- Handle client patching and upgrades for platform updates.
- Monitor performance to ensure platform health.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for the platform.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work-related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and basic technical skills.
- Broad understanding of ServiceNow domain areas.
- General understanding of ServiceNow Managed Services.
- Comfort working in a matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
