Responsibilities:
- Implement new functionalities on client platforms.
- Build projects from scratch.
- Solve programming challenges and enhance skills.
- Conduct code reviews and PR reviews.
- Maintain existing code and fix bugs.
- Write unit, integration, and E2E tests.
Requirements:
- 4+ years as a Ruby on Rails backend developer.
- Familiarity with Active Record and RSpec.
- Experience with AWS or Heroku in production.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and REST API communication.
- Testing/TDD experience with server-side apps using MVC.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and resilient applications.
- Communicative in Polish and English.
- Familiar with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
