Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support in bioinformatics and genomics.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Exec teams.
- Develop and execute technical demos and presentations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across sales lifecycle.
- Capture insights and facilitate knowledge-sharing.
- Stay updated on bioinformatics, multi-omics, and cloud tech.
- Translate clients’ vision to development team for solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in bioinformatics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
- BSc in computer science, bioinformatics, or related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of bioinformatics and cloud tech.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and solution development best practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare and life sciences standards.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter in the USA.
