Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale technical programs.
- Drive internal API and platform improvements.
- Enhance developer satisfaction and service docs.
- Collaborate on service hygiene, efficiency, and security.
- Accountable for roadmap delivery and success metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams towards program goals.
- Monitor program status, identify issues, and communicate risks.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Strong knowledge of API design and best practices.
- Experience with code coverage tools (e.g., SonarQube).
- Track record of delivering complex programs on time.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, SRE principles, blockchain is a plus.
