Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, webinars, and presentations.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors.
• Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers.
• Promote and support product solutions for key clients.
• Perform market research and product comparisons.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Test product features and write technical documentation.
• Support sales team with lead follow-ups in portal.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in alarm systems, video surveillance.
• Knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control.
• Experience in designing/installing security systems.
• Public speaking experience (advantage).
• Strong communication and independent working skills.
• Flexibility for business trips and trade shows.
