Director of Customer Success at Orita in United States Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with Orita’s customers.
• Own the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Manage a team of two and grow the Success organization.
• Act as the voice of customers in product feedback loops.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics like NPS and CSAT.
• Build and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for customers.
• Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer success.
• Influence customer service strategies and implement changes.
• Ensure seamless transitions with Sales and Partnerships teams.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience managing or leading Success teams.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of customers.
• Strong organizational and data analysis skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience in e-commerce tech or startup environments.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
