- Engage with customers via chat and email.

- Ensure customers follow game rules and regulations.
- Provide accurate product information to customers.
Requirements:
- Native Portuguese speaker; fluent in English.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
