- Develop education strategies to enable Vercel users.

- Design learning paths for advanced education and certification.
- Provide training sessions to Enterprise customers.
- Master the Vercel platform and Next.js framework.
- Partner with CSM team to understand customer needs.
- Work with engineering to convey product gaps.
- Improve and update internal documentation and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience building enablement curriculum for SaaS.
- Rolled out a certification program in a SaaS company.
- Lead by example and develop junior team members.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Autonomy, ownership, and comfort in a startup.
- Experience working with a remote, distributed team.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
