Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and emails to resolve issues.
- Configure PBX for new clients and port phone numbers.
- Follow SOPs, create and manage support tickets.
- Troubleshoot methodically and resolve client issues.
- Provision new phone systems and manage installations.
- Diagnose and rectify SIP and PBX voice faults.
- Escalate faults to upstream carriers.
- Document processes and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- 3+ years with Asterisk, FreePBX, or FreeSwitch.
- 3+ years of networking experience.
- Knowledge of IP phones like Grandstream and Yealink.
- Technical knowledge of VoIP and call quality testing.
- Fluent in English with little or no accent.
- High-speed internet with backup preferred.
