Requirements:

• Proven CRO experience for D2C eCommerce brands.
• Proficient in Shopify, CheckoutChamp, and Funnelish.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and data-driven insights.
• Experience in A/B testing, hypothesis creation, and analysis.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
• Collaborative team player with devs and designers.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Passion for learning and staying updated on CRO trends.
