IT Operations Manager at Concentrix in South Africa Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-user support for deskside, network, and applications.
• Participate in Incident Management process for Sev1 incidents.
• Manage and monitor daily backups, including tape inventory.
• Support new transitions for Image & Desktops readiness.
• Ensure compliance with PCI, HIPAA, and IT security standards.
• Implement security controls, including Active Directory policies.
• Perform BCP tests for infrastructure and failover services.
• Maintain compliance with COPC, ISO 27001 standards.
• Provide L2/L3 support for network, server, and voice infrastructure.
• Validate and update images and documents on servers.
• Measure and support bandwidth usage for monthly reporting.
• Ensure local server management for service delivery location.
• Achieve high IT VOC scores and action plan identified areas.
• Work in rotational shifts, mostly night shifts, in a 24/7 environment.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in desktop/laptop hardware/software support.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate (or equivalent).
• ITIL V3, MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications.
• Knowledge of Windows, Network, and Voice technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL V3 Framework.
• Experience in problem management and ticket resolution.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Networks and Active Directory.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 22301, and PCI standards.
• Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines.
