Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business with revenue & retention goals:
- Provide insights & recommendations based on data:
- Collaborate with Account Executive(s) on client value:
- Increase client proficiency & usage of Weedmaps platform:
- Conduct regular business reviews, presentations, demos:
- Maintain CRM with updated client data, meetings & payments:
- Proactively communicate billing updates to drive collection:
- Relay client feedback to improve products and processes:
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience:
- 3 years of experience in digital sales/account management:
- Proven track record of meeting goals and revenue targets:
- Data-oriented, analytical sales approach:
- Customer-centric relationship builder with feedback sharing:
- Confidence in presenting to clients and influencing effectively:
- Ability to operate in an accelerated, dynamic environment:
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail:
