Territory Manager, Interventional Urology – Jacksonville, FL Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for both products.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for both product lines.
• Communicate UroLift and Barrigel value propositions to customers.
• Identify, train, and develop accounts for high adoption.
• Stay updated on market conditions and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with education teams to provide clinical support.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to prioritize customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure timely completion of sales reporting forms.
• Assist with addressing product complaints and safety issues.
• Adhere to organizational goals, policies, and FDA regulations.
• Maintain a professional image with physicians and suppliers.
• Establish and maintain necessary hospital credentials.
• Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Operating room experience is essential.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and adapting to work priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to refine business plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel 40%-60% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
