Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive career services programs.
• Promote career services through various channels.
• Provide individualized career counseling and coaching.
• Work closely with academic departments on career readiness.
• Maintain relationships with local employers for opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date online listing of job opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data on career services outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Understanding of job market trends and employer needs.
• Ability to work well with little supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
• 3-5 years of experience in career services or related roles.
