Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in HRBP functions.
• Deep knowledge of the HRBP function.
• Experience with organizational scaling and design.
• Experience supporting global teams.
• Expertise in change management and leadership coaching.
• Experience building employee relations programs.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Low ego and highly collaborative.
• Proficient in using data to inform business decisions.
• Successful track record in managing performance cycles.
• Experience partnering with leaders across functions.
