Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of international communications strategy.

- Champion Oura’s brand narrative across international channels.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and thought leaders.
- Collaborate with agencies to amplify Oura’s message in new markets.
- Manage regional executive media training for high-profile appearances.
- Act as point of contact for international PR and crisis communications.
- Oversee relationships with external PR agencies in Tier 1 markets.
- Manage PR agency budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging across markets.
- Work with global marketing team to align communications efforts.
- Coordinate regional events, sponsorships, and influencer activations.
- Define and track KPIs for international communications efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize communications strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of international markets and media landscapes.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in the tech, health, or consumer lifestyle sectors is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire collaboration across teams.
- Ability to think strategically and execute high-impact initiatives.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not required.
- Strong project management skills with ability to balance priorities.
