Responsibilities:
- Develop a large team of customer service associates.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Flexible working shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous management experience in customer service.
- Ability to travel 40% of the time.
