Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CX to guide policyholders.
- Review veterinary bills for accuracy and coverage.
- Investigate claims to determine if coverage applies.
- Provide technical knowledge and advice to teams.
- Communicate with veterinary providers for records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a veterinary medical professional.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Able to interpret insurance policies and documents.
- Eligible for Property & Casualty adjuster license.
