Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and create summaries.
- Assist attorneys in preparing litigation for trial.
- Work with clients to receive discovery documents.
- Review discovery materials for relevance.
- Draft motions and discovery responses.
- Draft and send out Subpoenas.
- Set up independent medical examinations.
- Prepare for trial.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
- Insurance defense experience required.
- Experience summarizing medical records.
- Paralegal certificate or related degree is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
