Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client-facing technical resource.
- Eliminate technical objections and build rapport.
- Deliver in-depth technical product demos to prospects.
- Design relevant POV use cases and gain mutual agreement.
- Translate technical success into a meaningful business case.
- Design architectural overviews for customers.
- Deliver post-sales engagements on time, managing scope creep.
- Enhance customer relationships and improve account health.
- Research and document competitor offerings.
- Position Tellius’ differentiation in a clear manner.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in software engineering/technical pre-sales.
- Experience selling BI or predictive analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and data modeling.
- Familiarity with R/Python, SQL, or Spark.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
