Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Manage the executive’s calendar.
- Monitor and manage the executive’s inbox.
- Research and book flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in managing daily tasks and setting priorities.
- Organize meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients.
- Track and record expenses, and manage receipts.
- Conduct research and prepare reports.
- Handle personal errands as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Project Management, MS Office.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work part-time initially.
