Responsibilities:
- Track, draft, and manage critical contracts.
- Respond to and resolve claims and disputes.
- Develop processes to manage outside counsel spend.
- Manage legal billing process workflows.
- Work with Finance on tracking legal accruals data.
- Assist General Counsel with legal operations tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in contract management or legal operations.
- 2 years of experience drafting contracts or documents.
