Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally following conduct codes.

- Provide excellent customer service during calls.
- Facilitate communication between clients and LEP individuals.
- Attend internal professional training sessions.
- Strive to earn new professional certifications.
- Report regularly to your team leader.
- Adhere to dress code requirements for video calls.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and native in Vietnamese.
- 1+ years of interpretation experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terms is advantageous.
- Awareness of legal terminology is beneficial.
- International healthcare certifications are a plus.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.
- Excellent listening and memory retention skills.
