Responsibilities:
- Design, development & delivery of backend solutions.
- Execute project plans and roadmap.
- Showcase technical design understanding and responsibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers.
- Prioritize and deliver project milestones.
- Participate in on-call activities and issue resolution.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct sessions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in backend development.
- Proficiency in backend development (Node.js).
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools and DevOps.
- Experience with Golang or Perl is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies.
