Responsibilities:
- Reconcile census and drive maintenance.
- Enter new lead information.
- Update CRM with admissions.
- Send/receive mail and packages.
- Update for returned mail.
- Manage account with deaths and discharges.
- Handle faxes and emails.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 1-3 years customer service experience.
- CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
- Prompt response to customer needs.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Adaptability to change.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Team player.
